Ownership
Except where another owner or license is identified, the original text, artwork, graphics, photographs, page designs, selection and arrangement of content, and first-party software published by CPW Studio Co are protected by copyright. Individual books and contributions may carry separate notices identifying their authors or other rightsholders.
Ordinary website use
You may view these sites, follow links, use interactive features for their intended purpose, and make temporary browser copies needed for normal access. You may link to a public page and may use brief attributed quotations where applicable law permits.
Permission required
Unless applicable law permits the use without permission, you may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, scrape at scale, remove ownership notices, create a competing copy, or use CPW content, artwork, or first-party code to train or supply a commercial system without prior written permission.
Screenshots and recordings
Web browsers and operating systems can capture anything displayed on a screen, so CPW Studio Co cannot technically prevent every screenshot or recording. A technical ability to capture a page does not grant permission to republish or commercially reuse it. Contact us before publishing screenshots that contain substantial original CPW content.
Software and source code
Public browser code remains inspectable because it must be delivered to the browser. Server-side source code, credentials, private records, unpublished materials, and administrative tools are not made public. First-party software is proprietary unless a file or accompanying license expressly says otherwise. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
Reporting and permissions
To report suspected unauthorized use or request written permission, use the contact form or email cpw@cpwcreations.com. Include the page, material, intended use, audience, and publication date.
This page states CPW Studio Co policy and is not individualized legal advice. Rights and exceptions provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
